Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to import app instance, save sandbox customizations, create users (via UI) all resulting in http 400 server errors. No specific errors in the OIM logs.
The errors are seemingly random and occur typically when performing updates or saves. Users are still able to log in and navigate in the application.
Recent upgrade to 18.104.22.168.
