Goal

RIDC client is being proposed to upload PGP encrypted files to WebCenter Content (WCC) and then trigger HDL process.
Will RIDC impact the encrypted file while staging?
In terms of:
1. Corrupting the encrypted file
2. Adding additional headers to the encrypted file.
