Symptoms

Using OAM 11.1.2.3:

After OAM upgrade from OAM 11.1.2.2 to OAM 11.1.2.3, the OAM-OAAM login page is unable to authenticate the user and the OAAM logs indicate that the auth status received from OAM resulted in system error and hence OAAM is unable to process authentication.
