NodeManager Is Not Reachable from Remote Machine When It Is Installed As Windows Services (Doc ID 2254613.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.1.0 version, WLS-Config (non-component)
 
The NodeManager is not reachable when installing NodeManager as a Service on a remote machine.
When starting NodeManager via command line, it worked as expected, the machine is Reachable.
