LDAP: error code 32: Active Directory Password Sync Does Not Update OIM (Doc ID 2254821.1)

Goal

AD Password Sync connector to update OIM passwords to match those set in AD. They noticed that the connector is not updating OIM, and users are being forced to log in with their prior password in OIM.

In the AD log file, we spotted the following error:
