When logged in as admin and navigating to:
Self service -> Request Access -> Request for Self -> In the catalog home page, click on information icon on any role:
On the detailed information page related to that role, there is no way to update any attribute, such as Certifier User, Fulfillment User etc. However, it is possible to update the catalog attributes for Entitlement and Application Instance type entities.
