Oracle Traffic Director 12c Admin Console Performance Degrades As More Server Pools Are Added. (Doc ID 2255089.1)

Symptoms

On Exalogic virtual 2.0.6.2.4, OTD 12.2.1.2.0, when there was initially only a few Server Pools, loading the Server Pool page on OTD admin console would only take a few seconds. However with over 30 Server Pools, it takes 60 seconds to load the page, then another 60 seconds to bring up the page to create a new Server Pool.  The performance of the OTD instances are fine, it's just an issue with OTD Admin Server.
