When upgrading a WebLogic domain from WLS12.1.1.0.12 to WLS12.2.1.1, following exceptions encountered.

#1. com.oracle.cie.external.domain.info.DomainInfoException

#2. Errors with code CFGFWK-60971

After running the reconfig.sh with debug enabled, the below error is seen :-
