Web Rendition Not Opening in the Managed Attachments Page (Doc ID 2255231.1)

Symptoms

In Webcenter Content (WCC) version 11.1.1.9.0, with the Integration for Managed Attachments (MA) configured with EBS, when attempting to open the MA page, the web rendition of a content item which has not been released, has the following error:

ERROR
-----------------------
The web rendition link from the Name column is not active.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the Managed Attachments window
2. Click the link in the Name column to open the web rendition of the attachment
