The Comment Field On The Approval Page Doesn't Wrap In Internet Explorer 11 (Doc ID 2255324.1)

In OIM 11.1.2.3, the comment field on the approval page doesn't wrap in Internet Explorer 11 (it scrolls).

Steps to reproduce on IE 11:

- Approver user logs into Identity manager.

- Approver user opens the approval task.

- Approver user enters comment in the Create comment pop-up window (word wrapping doesn’t work-instead, it scrolls).
