Symptoms
On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, Content Server
Steps:
1. Log in in all instances of UCM
2. Go to the menu item "Browser Content" and select "Library Folders"
3. Click on "What's New"
Expected Results:
1. "What's New" is displayed as the title of the results page in all instances
Actual Results:
1. The title displayed is "What & # 39;s New"
