Symptoms

EJBTimers are not getting executed on Weblogic server - 12.1.3.

UIM users EJBTimers. On Weblogic 12.1.3 Cluster environment though Weblogic_timers and Active tables are populated with the timer entries.

The suspection is that timers are not getting executed in the clustered environment
