Using OPAM 11.1.2.3.0: Unable to Login to the OPAM URL and Goes into Loop (Doc ID 2255586.1)

Symptoms

Using OPAM 11.1.2.3.0:

When trying to login to the OPAM console using the following URL:

http://hostname:port/oinav/faces/SignIn.jspx?_afrLoop=547366034836000&_afrWindowMode=0&_afrWindowId=null&_adf.ctrl-state=iehuqjyg7_7 -

Unable to Login to the OPAM console and goes into Loop and seeing many errors/exceptions in the managed server logs like the below:
