Symptoms

On Exalogic Virtual rack running July 2017 PSU 2.0.6.2.160719, when creating vServer with private vNet 192.168.xx.xx_24, vServer creation fails with error "Unable to obtain VLAN or IBPartition associated with network: NORM-192.168.xx.xx_24 (60067). (117704)". In the example in this Note the issue happened on July 2017 PSU rack, but this issue can happen on any 2.0.6.2.X virtual releases.
