How to Configure an Enterprise Capture Metadata Field to Accept Nine Digits with a leading Zero (Doc ID 2255930.1)

Symptoms

When a metadata input mask for an alphanumeric field is configured as '#########' (9 characters), and 8 characters (with a leading 0) are entered in Capture Client, the Capture Client allows the document to be released.
