Symptoms

- Downstream Integrated extract was stuck in status "DICTIONARY INITIALIZATION".
- Registered all the log files manually and then started seeing global DB mismatch error.

Extract Name:EGLP1S
Capture Name: OGG$CAP_EGLP1S
Status: ENABLED
Current Capture State: DICTIONARY INITIALIZATION

Changes

 New downstream extract on anew OGG instance.
