WebLogic Can't Start With BEA-000362 After Creating A Partition (Doc ID 2256113.1)

Symptoms

Can't startup WebLogic with BEA-000362 after creating a partition. BEA-000362 is critical level therefore WebLogic can't start.

this issue occurs by following steps:-

  1. Once the partition is deleted with production mode.
  2. Create a partition which has SAME name of deleted partition.

Error is not reproduced when using Development mode.
