Symptoms

While invoking a UCM webservice  deployed in Fusion HCM domain 12.1.3 from a composite deployed in SOA domain, an error was encountered.

Per the UCM documentation: "https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E21764_01/doc.1111/e10807/c12_web_services.htm#CSSDK816",  UCM webservices can be protected using OWSM policies.

The service had this policy attached:  wss11_saml_or_username_token_with_message_protection_service_policy

While the composite deployed in the domain is using oracle/wss11_username_token_with_message_protection_client_policy

Web service invocation is failing with the following errors
