Search For FW_Application Shows Error (Doc ID 2257369.1)

Symptoms

After upgrade to 12c Patchset 2 from 11.1.1.8.1, unable to search for FW_Application assets using both simple and advanced search in Admin UI. When clicking on the Search or New Search button, no results are displayed and an empty box is shown above the results table.
