Symptoms
Getting the following error when authenticating APEX application against AD LDAP server using SSL:
ORA-31202: DBMS_LDAP: LDAP client/server error: Can't contact LDAP server
This works when:
- Not using SSL with LDAP from APEX.
- Authentication to SSL works with ldapbind and pl/sql.
