OAG Returns FTP 421 Error Maximum Connections Exceeded Error Unexpectedly (Doc ID 2257761.1)

Symptoms

Using an environment with Oracle API gateway 11.1.2.3.0 on Linux Red Hat server.

• In the OAG file transfer group configured there, there is an FTP listener.
• The users created in OAG will be in sync with Load balancer, so the process will be to log into the load balancer with the users created in OAG.
• The issue is while logging into the Load balancer with the application users, thus generating more than one session, an FTP 421 maximum sessions exceeded error is been seen.

The same issue occurs on the 11.1.2.4.0 version of the product.
