On JDeveloper Oracle IDE 11.1.1.9.40.66.73
SOA Composite Editor 11.1.1.9.0.99.99

Cannot compile any project in JDEV 11.1.1.9, it fails with the error below:

"java.lang.NoSuchFieldError:URL_SOA_HEALTHCHECK_CONFIG"
