EUS Configuration Fails for Users Synchronized from AD to OID with Error : "EUSException: There is no such user in directory" (Doc ID 2258283.1)

Symptoms

Newly created user in OID and mapped with enterprise roles is able to have all session_roles but users integrated with Active Directory to (directory server) cannot use all enterprise roles and when trying to do a mapping gives below error.

Receiving below error for EUS in EM during adding grantee (Enterprise User) to enterprise role:

Configure Domain : OracleDefaultDomain - Errors
READONLY - cn=<USERNAME>,ou=<OU>,cn=users,dc=<COMPANY>,dc=com : EUSException: There is no such user in directory
