EUS Configuration Fails for Users Synchronized from AD to OID, Error : "EUSException: There is no such user in directory" (Doc ID 2258283.1)

Newly created user in OID and mapped with enterprise roles are able to have all session_roles but when users integrated with Active Directory to (directory server) cannot use all enterprise roles and when trying to do a mapping gives below error

receiving below error for EUS in EM during adding grantee (Enterprise User) to enterprise role

Configure Domain : OracleDefaultDomain - Errors
READONLY - cn=test user1,ou=ea,cn=users,dc=oracle,dc=com : EUSException: There is no such user in directory
