ActivityNotFoundException On Redeploy Of BPM Composite After Latest Bundle Patch 12.1.3.0.170117 (Doc ID 2258476.1)

Symptoms

Cannot redeploy a particular composite as such without any changes after Patch: 24835839 SOA Bundle Patch 12.1.3.0.170117 was applied due to following error:
