Generated WSDL specifies HTTP in the location attribute, of the address element, when HTTPS is used to access it. (Doc ID 2258530.1)

When accessing an OSB hosted WSDL, the generated WSDL specifies HTTP in the location attribute of the address element.

HTTPS should be used as the endpoint URL given that the configuration has been configured for HTTPS and the invocation is via HTTPS.
