"User not authorized to view artifacts" When Logging In To MFT Console (Doc ID 2258660.1)

Symptoms

After adding an Active Directory Authentication Provider to the MFT Domain, no users are able to log into to MFT Console, even after following the steps in <Doc ID 1931000.1>. The error message below is seen on the login screen:

"User not authorized to view artifacts"

The errors below are seen in the Admin logs:
