Symptoms
Node Manager is in a Not Reachable status when the Node Manager configuration is in a shared drive (for example, NFS) and used by multiple machines. For example, a user configured a shared drive for a domain which is being used by two machines. All the servers and machines were configured using localhost as the listen address.
