Behavior in IE: Information Displayed In Tables Is Not Aligned To Headings When Columns Are Re-sized

Symptoms
When using Internet Explorer (IE), the information displayed in tables is not aligned to headings when columns are re-sized.
The column misalignment issue only occurs under the following scenario:
1) Using Internet Explorer AND
2) User resizes a column AND
3) The user pages down to invoke the 'Fetching Data' that causes a refresh of the data on the screen.
This behavior is NOT a problem when using Chrome.
