Can Not See Attachments In 18.104.22.168 Webforms

After adding an attachment in a webform the attachment is not visible in the task details within the workspace but it is visible in process instance data in Enterprise Manager. There is no error in logs. The issue happens only in BPM 126.96.36.199.
