Can Not See Attachments In 220.127.116.11 Webforms

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After adding an attachment in a webform the attachment is not visible in GUI. It is visible in process instance data in EM. There is no error in logs. The issue happens only in BPM 22.214.171.124.
