Can Not See Attachments In 12.2.1.2 Webforms (Doc ID 2260103.1)

Goal

After adding an attachment in a webform the attachment is not visible in GUI. It is visible in process instance data in EM. There is no error in logs. The issue happens only in BPM 12.2.1.2.
