BINDING.JCA-00001 when sending a message without the expected MQ header (Doc ID 2260162.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to send a message without the expected MQ header, the Message Selector will fail with the following Error:

 

[QueueBrowser] Exception while parsing and applying filter... Please check wher MessageSelector is correctly defined and redeploy...
