In an Exalogic rack, the OSWatcher heartbeat file inside the /opt/oswbb/archive directory is observed growing significantly in size.

Looking into the content of the heartbeat file, we see a number "No such file or directory" messages:

./vmsub.sh: line 15: /opt/oswbb/archive/oswvmstat/eltestcn07.testing.com_vmstat_15.06.04.1900.dat: No such file or directory

./oswnet.sh: line 8: /opt/oswbb/archive/oswnetstat/eltestcn07.testing.com_netstat_15.06.04.1900.dat: No such file or directory
./oswnet.sh: line 9: /opt/oswbb/archive/oswnetstat/eltestcn07.testing.com_netstat_15.06.04.1900.dat: No such file or directory
./oswnet.sh: line 10: /opt/oswbb/archive/oswnetstat/eltestcn07.testing.com_netstat_15.06.04.1900.dat: No such file or directory
./iosub.sh: line 13: /opt/oswbb/archive/oswiostat/eltestcn07.testing.com_iostat_15.06.04.1900.dat: No such file or directory

This issue can happen in both Exalogic Linux Physical on Compute Nodes and Exalogic Linux Virtual on Dom0 Compute Nodes & VM's where OSWatcher is installed.
