Exalogic: OSWatcher Heartbeat File Growing In Size With "No such file or directory" Errors (Doc ID 2260622.1)

Symptoms

In an Exalogic rack, the OSWatcher heartbeat file inside the /opt/oswbb/archive directory is observed growing significantly in size. 

Looking into the content of the heartbeat file, we see a number "No such file or directory" messages:

This issue can happen in both Exalogic Linux Physical on Compute Nodes and Exalogic Linux Virtual on Dom0 Compute Nodes & VM's where OSWatcher is installed.
