Symptoms

After upgrading from WFR 11.1.1.8 to 11.1.1.9, the document throughput changed from 5 documents per minute to 2 documents per minute.

Project Specifications:
The project has only one class with 63 extraction fields - 47 OMR using the Cairo OMR engine, 16 OCR using the Kadmos5 engine.

Running 4 RTS instances:
 0 - Import, export, cleanup
 1 - OCR
 2 - OCR
 3 - Classification, Extraction

Current System Specs:
Processor Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X5690 @ 3.47GHz, 3458 Mhz, 1 Core(s), 1 Logical Processor(s) X 4
Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 8.00 GB

Changes

Upgraded from WFR version 11.1.1.8 to 11.1.1.9.
Upgraded from Windows Server 2008 rs to Windows version 2012 R2.
No longer use Recognita engine.
