Symptoms
While installing OID 11.1.1.9 on Solaris, configuration hangs at starting oid with the below errors:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download and run rcu 11.1.1.9
2. Install weblogic 10.3.6
3. install OID 11.1.1.9
3. Configuration fails/hangs while starting oid
