Oracle Access Manager 11gr2ps3 (OAM 126.96.36.199.x) Federation - SAML Identity Assertion Fails With Norwegian Characters
- Implementing a solution with OAM Federation, where the customer is using the SAML Assertion from Authorization Response downstream to backend applications.
- This works for all users, except when the SAML contains Norwegian characters (æøå).
