OIM And SOA Weblogic Managed Servers Automatically Shut Down (Doc ID 2262097.1)

Symptoms

In a clustered environment with SSL configured, the OIM & SOA managed servers on one node are shutting down immediately after restarting. The following exception is seen in the log file.
