OIM And SOA Weblogic Managed Servers Automatically Shut Down

In a clustered environment with SSL configured, the OIM & SOA managed servers on one node are shutting down immediately after restarting. The following exception is seen in the log file.

at sun.security.ssl.SSLEngineImpl.readNetRecord(SSLEngineImpl.java:890)
at sun.security.ssl.SSLEngineImpl.unwrap(SSLEngineImpl.java:764)
at javax.net.ssl.SSLEngine.unwrap(SSLEngine.java:664)
