Symptoms

When OIM is integrated with WebMethods AgileApps using Generic REST Connector, the user create operation is failing with the following exception:

oracle.iam.connectors.icfcommon.prov.ICProvisioningManager : createObject :Error while creating user[[ java.lang.NullPointerException at
oracle.iam.connectors.icfcommon.prov.ICProvisioningManager.createObject(ICProvisioningManager.java:278)

 Steps to reproduce:

1) Generate and install the application created using the Generic REST connector
2) Try to provision a user in OIM to the REST application.
