Content Does Not Show Up On One of the Cluster Members (Doc ID 2262385.1)

Symptoms

Content does not show up on one of the two servers in a delivery cluster Sites environment after publishing.

The delivery cluster environment is configured as a cluster of 2 servers.  Staging environment in its publishing configuration points to the production server1 and that is the server which shows the content.  The other server from the cluster does not show the content even after the cache invalidation.

After restarting both instances content shows on both servers.
