R2PS3: Managers Unable To Request Role Removal For Their Direct Reports (Doc ID 2262408.1)

Symptoms

Managers are unable to request role-removal for their direct reports. The feature was available and working fine prior to our R2PS3 upgrade. Now, when managers try to remove roles for their subordinates they get an error like this: "User does not have access to Role xxxxx"

"User does not have access to Role xxxxx"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
a.) Log in as a user that has subordinate employees;
b.) Request Roles for Others;
c.) choose an employee that he/she supervises;
d.) Delete a role for that user and try to submit;
e.) that is where the error happens.
