The Comments Box Fields Do Not Display In Firefox Using the WebCenter Content: Imaging Advanced Viewer (Doc ID 2262413.1)

Symptoms

When selecting an invoice from the Imaging AXF Task List page and using the Imaging Advanced Viewer with Firefox (version 48), the comments box field does not render properly. The "Comments" popup box displays but does not show menu items (such as "OK", "Cancel"). Currently running versions of Firefox ESR 38.2 and 45.3 with java 1.8.0_65 or 1.7.0_51.  This does not happen with the Imaging Basic Viewer.  This does not happen with Internet Explorer.
