Qn1: WLS 12.1.3.0.0 version, SNMP Agent WebLogic Traps

The following is the documentation link for the WebLogic traps that can be generated for WebLogic. Need to confirm that these are the complete list of traps that may be generated by WebLogic.

Qn2: It looks like the WebLogic trap names defined in the MIB are different than the documentation. Need to confirm if they will be serverStart and serverShutDown, or wlsServerStart and wlsServerShutDown
