Symptoms

Customers can place a firewall(or load balancer) and set up a De-Militarized Zone (DMZ), so that they may be able to access the WebLogic console by using the external URL. But in the homepage of the WebLogic console, clicking on the link 'Oracle Enterprise Manager' may fail to open the EM page in such a scenario
