Symptoms

When user tried to install Tuxedo 12.1.3, user encountered the following failure:

$ ./runInstaller -responseFile /path/to/directory/res.rsp -silent -invPtrLoc /path/to/directory/oraInst.loc

Starting Oracle Universal Installer...

Checking swap space: must be greater than 500 MB. Actual 1023 MB Passed
