Symptoms

When attempting to create physical items within the WebCenter Content: Records application, the following error is thrown:

The external system is concerning about the CREATE_EXTERNAL_ITEM service:
Unable to execute service CREATE_EXTERNAL_ITEM and function validateExternalItem
