Apache CXF webservice client get truncated response payload in WLS 12c (Doc ID 2263259.1)

Symptoms

Customer used to develop a Webservice client application based Apache CXF 2.1 and deployed to WebLogic 10.3.6, the client invoke a remote web service and receive the response. it works fine in WLS 10.3.6

After they upgrade WLS to 12c, for the same application, the received Web Service response payload  was truncated at the 500th character and then repeat from the start of the payload.

 Upgrade WLS to 12c
