Goal

Heap dumps from a 12.1.3 OSB domain are showing the following memory leak suspect:

One instance of "weblogic.diagnostics.watch.WatchEventListener" loaded by "sun.misc.Launcher$AppClassLoader @ 0x78249a1b0" occupies 433.213.488 (55,51%) bytes. The memory is accumulated in one instance of "java.lang.Object[]" loaded by "<system class loader>".
