Using Oracle Access Manager 11g R2PS3 (OAM 11.1.2.3), After Clone the RCU Schemas from DB1 to DB2, Getting the Error: ORA-04043: object system.schema_version_registry does not exist on DB2 (Doc ID 2263590.1)

Goal

After the clone (Only OAM schemas) from DB1 to DB2 then using DB2 for the OAM installation on the Backup server, getting error that table SYSTEM.SCHEMA_VERSION_REGISTRY$ is missing.

And when running the following queries, it does not exist:
SQL> desc system.schema_version_registry;
ERROR:
ORA-04043: object system.schema_version_registry does not exist

SQL> SELECT comp_id, comp_name, owner, version, status, upgraded, modified FROM SCHEMA_VERSION_REGISTRY;
 SELECT comp_id, comp_name, owner, version, status, upgraded, modified FROM SCHEMA_VERSION_REGISTRY
  *
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

Was this table created part of Database creation or OAM schema creation through RCU ?
