OVD 11g Local Store Adapter does not Evaluate Mandatory Attributes with ldapadd Command "LDAP: error code 65" (Doc ID 2263720.1)

If the mandatory attribute of the object class is not specified in the LDIF file, we was assuming that the ldapadd command will fail as follows.

However, In the OVD using the local store adapter, the command succeeded.
How can I evaluate mandatory attributes normally in the ldapadd command?
