Oracle Access Manager 11g R2PS3 (OAM 11.1.2.3.x) MultiData Center (MDC) Issues After Upgrade - Requires WLST command "removePartnerForMultiDataCentre" to be Run, but it Fails no Such Partner ID Found

Changes

Environment upgraded to OAM 11.1.2.3 & as part of upgrade assist customer is required to perform few steps which will fix MDC related issues.

In each Data Center (DC), remove the MDC partners by running the following WebLogic Scripting Tool (WLST) command: removePartnerForMultiDataCentre=("<cluster_ID>")
