Symptoms

After upgrading to JRE 1.8.0_131, the below error occurs when logging in to WebCenter Capture:

Unsigned application requesting unrestricted access to system
The following resource is signed with a weak signature algorithm MD5withRSA and is treated as unsigned:
http://...../dc-client/org.apache.felix.framework-3.2.2.jar

Using JRE 1.8.0_121 does work.  The system does not have any Capture 11.1.1.9 patches applied.
