Symptoms

There is an issue with identifying PEP inactive dates vs. last updated date in Oracle Watchlist Screening (OWS) version 11.1.1.7.3

In the Dow Jones Watchlist feed, each record is supplied with a "Last Reviewed Date" and also an "Inactive as of (PEP) Date".   In Oracle Watchlist Screening (OWS) the corresponding fields are "Last Updated Date," which should match "Last Reviewed Date," and the "Inactive Since Date," which should match the "Inactive as of (PEP) Date."

For example, cases have been seen in which the Dow Jones website for a given record shows an Inactive as of (PEP) date of 1995 and a "Last Reviewed Date" of 21-Jan-2014.

This does not match what we see in the Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) Case Management tab.

Both the "Last Updated Date" and "Inactive Since Date" should be the same:  The "Last Reviewed Date" should be 21-Jan-2014, but the "Inactive Since Date" to be 1995
